Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your purchase and offer FREE RETURNS if for any reason an item does not meet your expectations.  We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry must be returned in original condition and unworn.

If you would like to make a return please follow the steps noted below and ship your return to the following address:

1. Email us via the website contact page or at mercedesshaffer@hotmail.com and indicate your order # and reason for the return.  Please also indicate in your email if you would like a refund or an exchange.
2. Our customer service team will respond to you within 24-48 hours with a return authorization (RA) number and mailing instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.
3. Please pack the items in the original box.  Jewelry must be returned in original condition.
4. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed immediately.

• For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.
• For refunds, whatever payment method used for the initial purchase will be refunded for the merchandise amount.  Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to post to your account depending on the payment company’s processing time.

All sales are final on clearance items.  Final sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
